About me

I earned a degree in sociology and political science from Masaryk University in Brno, travelled a lot, attended University Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, got a doctorate in political science, was a member of a research team, taught at university, attended conferences and wrote articles. Then, I thought I needed a change.

I entered the corporate world, developed educational strategies, trained soft skills, implemented rules of internal communication, established HR processes and developed human potential. After a period of time, along with the birth of my daughters, it became time to pass on my knowledge and experience under my own brand.

I am an internationally certified professional coach (PCC, International Coach Federation) with many years of experience. I am certified in Human Resource Management (CIPD, Great Britain), an auditor of Age Management and a qualified Lecturer for further education.

In my practice, I use my experience from the corporate sphere, the academic environment, my travels all over the world, an understanding of different cultures, and 5 Rhythm dancing. When coaching, I use words, space and movement. I pass on what I can do, and I inspire by what I am still learning. I work under my own brand Inspirro. and I run online portal for personal development LearningHub. I am co-author of a book Prepare Children for the Life - Soft Skills Development for Everybody (published in 2021), my most recent book The Pocket Coach is going to be published in spring 2023.

I believe in the unlimited potential and inner wisdom of every human being. It is my pleasure to be a part of the process in which people evolve and limits are broken.
